    Yes, there is video surveillance in all common areas.

    Yes, 24/7 with staff always available.

    Guests can choose flexible rates (cancellation up to 2 days before, preauthorized card) or non-refundable rates (immediate payment, 7% discount, available up to 14 days before arrival).

  • Do you accept last-minute or walk-in bookings?

  • Is breakfast included?

    No, breakfast is not included. The B.A.R. on the ground floor offers breakfast for a fee. Shared areas have a microwave, kettle, and fridge. For groups, breakfast can be arranged in advance and is available for a fee.

  • Is it possible to order special meals (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.)?

    Yes, for groups it is possible to arrange breakfast, lunch, and dinner on-site for a fee. Requests must be made in advance, at the time of booking. Menu can be customized upon request based on allergies, intolerances, or religious requirements.

  • What are the prices?

    Prices vary depending on season, rate, and room type.

  • Is a deposit or advance payment required?

    Yes, it depends on the selected rate: for the flexible rate, the credit card is pre-authorized before arrival, while for the non-refundable rate, payment is charged immediately at the time of booking.

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

    Credit card, debit card, or cash. The tourist tax is paid exclusively on-site.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    With the flexible rate, cancellation is free up to 2 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation, a penalty of one night will be charged, while in case of no show, the full stay amount will be charged. The non-refundable rate does not allow cancellations.
